No link/frozen acct

While setting up my roku, i got my link and went through the steps. It asked me for my card info which, while laying in bed at 1 am, I was too lazy to go downstairs and grab my wallet. I figured I would do it the next day.

Now, i turn on my roku and its stuck on the purple screen. I no longer have my link to set it up. I unplugged it and rebooted it, still frozen. It says roku in the top left corner and the time in the right corner, nothing else. 
I google how to restart it which was some bizarre press home, up, rewind and fast forward and it restarted and brought me right back to the frozen screen.
