We recently moved so of course, new internet. Plugged my Roku Express in ready to change the wifi info and cannot get to a home screen at all. Just the bouncing Roku logo. Tried both remote and iPad. What do I need to do to get this going? Thank you in advance!

I too just have a scrolling Roku . There is no interface display allowing me to activate an account for a new Roku Express
