Help getting started with Roku devices, including setup, connecting your device to your TV, linking a Roku device to your account at my.roku.com/link, adding channels, subscribing to services, and more.
We cannot send Roku activation codes to customers as they are simply generated when activating a device.
If you are having an issue retrieving an activation code on setup we would recommend two things:
1) Reboot your router and try performing a factory reset on your device to see if you can get an activation code. For more information about how to perform a factory reset, visit our Support page here: How do I factory reset my Roku® streaming device?
2) Try connecting your device to an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you can generate an activation code. Then once your device is activated and setup, try switching back to your home wireless network.
