Did not receive an account Activation email

Hi, I have tried multiple times and still haven’t received the account activation link in my email. I tried removing it from a power source and re-inputting my email, factory reset, and checking my spam. It looks in previous case the moderator reached out to the individual. Please let me know what is needed from me. Thanks!

I'm assuming that their activation server/service was having issues at the time.  After multiple attempts over several hours, I finally received the activation email.

I'm not receiving the email. [personal information removed]

The serial number is: SN S00820CUECME

I've tried multiple times with unplugging & factory reset. Please help!
