No Activation Code After Resetting the Roku device.
I have seen a number of complaints similar to this one. I have been working for two days with two different accounts and have the same problem. There are a lot of us that have it. It hangs on the activation screen after the activation process shows "DONE". I've done factory resets, different emails, restarts, repeated activations. I read the same frustration from others. Of course, this is not covered by agent support. Where can I find an answer?
