Help getting started with Roku devices, including setup, connecting your device to your TV, linking a Roku device to your account at my.roku.com/link, adding channels, subscribing to services, and more.
-have Bell internet- Sharp Aquos ... what Roku type I need?
Doesn't matter. Unless you want the device completely hidden behind the TV, in which case get a Stick. Other than that, you can compare the features of the different Roku devices. Go to the Roku home page, ensure you're set for the correct country (at the bottom), and compare devices. Pick any one that has the features you want. They're all good; the differences are in features that may be important to one person but not another.
Are in in antenna range of stations? If so, get an antenna. That's a whole other set of things to deal with, depending on if the stations are actually UHF or VHF. If you can get them with an antenna, and if you are using multiple TVs, you may want to look into Tablo or Air TV to put the antenna content on all your devices. If you have a single TV, you wouldn't need either of those devices unless you wanted DVR capability for OTA content.
If you want those stations via a streaming service, my suggestion is to try something like https://suppose.tv to try to see what live streaming service
