Let’s get started!! Wireless network strong. 3 green check marks on wireless internet. Update available ok. System then updates and restarts but does not progress from there. No menu just a purple screen empty. After 1 minute it returns to the let’s get started screen. Any suggestions?
A number of people have reported success by connecting to a different wifi network, like a friend's or their phone's wifi hotspot, for the initial software update. After that completes they've been able to continue and connect with their home wifi.
