New Roku stopped working

I received a new Roku device one week ago. It worked great the first week. Today it started to not pair with the remote or the app on my phone. I have to keep unplugging and restarting it to get it to work properly. I've had 4 other Roku devices and never had this issue. Did I get a lemon???
