New Roku device trying to activate

same me issue here, new roku device and no way to active an existing subscription. no way to contact roku, so far very dissapionted with lack of support from roku!

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What is the issue you are seeing? Where in the activation process are you having this issue? Can you provide a screenshot so we can better understand?

Same problem here, I get to the activation screen and enter my email address. I get an email with a link that tells me to enter the activation code....THERE IS NO ACTIVATION CODE ON THE SCREEN. I can't get an answer on how to activate this thing.
