I just purchased a new Roku express. After updating it returns right back to the beginning. I tried checking my wifi, reseting the Roku, and switching the HDMI port. I have no idea what else to do.

We recommend rebooting both your wireless router and your Roku device.
I'd also recommend trying to connect your device to an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you can finish activating and setting up your Roku device. Then once your device has been setup, try switching back to your home wireless network.

The issue is I'm on a college campus. I contacted tech services and they gave me more bandwidth? on the wifi. It's not possible to reboot the wifi. I rebooted the device multiple times. I also don't have access to another network or a hotspot.
