New ROKU device on existing account does not finish activation process

I have an existing ROKU account with three devices.  I bought a fourth device, got the activation code, done all the steps in the online device activation (ON THE COMPUTER) up to the point of "DONE" online, and the activation screen (ON THE TV) still didn't do anything, just said that the screen would update or refresh after the activation was "DONE" which as I said before, the status on the activation screen (ON THE TV) is "DONE".  

What do you advise?

Thanks for the inquiry.

We would recommend trying to perform a factory reset on the Roku device and seeing if you can activate the device.
