Purchased Roku Express via Amazon and it keeps just having me pick a language, connect to wifi, and then says that it has to update after that it just goes to a >>pick a Language > connect to wifi > has to update >>pick a Language > connect to wifi > has to update ... ETC...
1) yes connected to HOT SPOT > same thing
2) restarted wifi ?> same thing
We have 2 other ROKUS did not have this problem when setting them up.

Make sure you're using the supplied power adapter and not your TV's USB port. If you're already doing that you can try a factory reset - find the reset pinhole and use a paperclip or something similar to press and hold the reset button for no less than 30 seconds regardless of what's happening onscreen. I don't know if it will help, but that's about all I can suggest since you already tried the hotspot.
