Need help trying to activate and link my new and additional streaming stick to my existing account. It keeps telling me that my email that i provided "isn't working". The email is correct and it is working.
I bought a streaming stick to use on a tv in a different room. So as i said above i already have an account just wanting to add a new device to be used on a different TV to my existing account. Why i click on "activate new device" using my computer it says it is sending a code. Well i'm guessing that "code" is being sent to my TV that is already hooked up with Roku device. Shouldn't the "code" be sent to the TV that i'm trying to hook up to?
Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? When you are setting up the Roku device and it begins the activation process during setup:
1) does the TV screen provide you with a link code for your to enter on your computer or
2) asks for your Roku account email to send you an activation code link?
