Provider not listed
I am a Board member of the "Western Sanders County TV District", we are trying to get listed as a Provider so our viewers can access the programs where a Provider is requested.
Could you provide information that I can take to our Board meeting to shed light on this issue.
Thank You,
Don Nance
I have the same issue. Where the issue comes into play is when you attempt to activate a channel, i.e , History, A&E, Lifetime..... and you go the internet to sign up, the drop down to find the Provider, does not show ViaSat, Exede, or Wildblue (both their former company names) as an option to select for provider. What do I need to do to be able to access these channels?
I have the same problem when trying to add some sites. It asks for our tv provider to activate. We are all an over the air, antenna type service, and there is no "provider" in our valley. I have attempted to find the solution to this with ROKU in the past to no avail. I hope someone is listening this time.
Don
Thanks for the posts.
If your provider is not on the list for channel authentication, or if you do not have a provider, you will be unable to access the content on that channel.
For more information about those channels, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
Thanks,
Danny
