Hi, the sub is too big and does not fit. I know I read they will send an adapter for free but I can't find the link to order it. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

I tried the form to request the free adaptor and it doesn't not accept the sn from the stick.

Are you certain it's a Roku Stick? Don't be offended, but many people over the years have called other devices "sticks" when they aren't. What's the model number?

@Liry, use the serial number that shows under Settings->System->About or better yet copy and paste the number shown on your account at https://my.roku.com under linked devices.
