Thanks for the note.

Have you made sure to plug in the advanced wireless receiver that came inside the package to your Roku streaming stick?

If you are still unable to resolve your issue, please send me a PM with your Roku account email address, and include the serial number of the Roku device from Settings>System>About. I'll be able to assist you further from there.

Same problems here. I just wish Roku has customer service phone numbers for tech support ! 

What did we do wrong ?

Was there no advanced wireless receiver (looks like a cord) that came inside the package to your Roku streaming stick?
