Leave Power on or off

What is Roku's official stance on whether to leave the device powered on at all times or have it shut off with the TV(or other device).

Thanks for the inquiry.

Please be aware that Roku streaming players are low-power devices that are designed to remain on and always connected to the internet. There is no “power button” to press on or off. However, we highly recommend returning to the Roku Home screen when you are done streaming.
