Just bought a Roku device for my daughter - our state is currently in lockdown status - anyway, we went through the entire download process and then we were prompted again to do the same thing. We're on try number three. Anyone else had this issue? How did you solve it? Are there more than one downloads needed?

Sometimes users have been able to resolve this by using an alternate Internet source, such as a phone hotspot. No idea why it works, but it completes the update through the alternate source, and then works fine on the primary Internet source.

Thank you for your reply. It took a bit but we finally shut the wi-fi down of everything in the house that was wi-fi enabled, restarted, and the download took. Took awhile but it finally worked.
Being in the lockdown, internet services are getting hammered right now. I really appreciate you taking the time to respond.
