Just Moved - Roku Undetected

Hi All,

My family and I just moved into a new house in a new state. We have several Roku Premiere+ devices. So far, one was activated and works fine. The next one is not responding after being set up on the TV. Even in the Roku app, the device is not an option to be activated.

ive tried basic troubleshoot options with no luck — anything else I can try?

Thanks for the post.

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? Can you clarify what you mean by "not responding after being set up"? Is there a light on your Roku devuce?
