Issue with Roku Express not communicating

I have an issue with the roku express I purchased from ROKU in June.   For some reason Roku is not communicating with me.  I am trying to get the unit replaced since I only purchased it in June.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?
