I've created an account, and logged in, but the screen on my TV is still asking me to check my e-mail for Activation. Clicking on the link in the e-mail doesn't do anything! Is there any way to contact a live person to resolve my issue?

Not at this time of the day. If you have a different device or computer you can use you might want to try that.
