I have a problem. ..LINK CODE where is ?

I bought a TCL Roku tv.. they send me a link to my email but no code appears
Please, I have been trying to receive a code to activate my device for more than 1 day. I need help.

I have received more than 5 activation links but no code.
There is no walk on the screen nor is there any code in my email.
