Hi. im disappointed so far because O cant use my Roku Express. 1st. My TV os 10 years old but it has a usb port behind named 'service'. I plugged the usb power cable and there is power. In my house I have DLink modem which is far away from the TV so I have an extra router Belkin closer to the TV. I can go on the internet with my cell no problem with my Belkin router. However my Roku app cant find my Belkin router. Furthermore the remote is not responding. I start my roku app and go stand next to the router and there's no answer. Someone help me please I dont know what else to do. thanks. Seb

First place to start:
The USB port on most televisions only supplies 0.5 amp of current per the original USB standard, which is inadequate to reliably power a Roku. It is usually best to power your Roku via the power adaptor that came with it, plugged into a wall outlet.

It should have.  Did you buy it used or as a returned "open box" unit?  At any rate any USB power adaptor rated 1 amp or more should do the job if you have one around.
