I cannot access anything on one of my 4 express devices. stuck on the bouncing Roku logo

Since I cannot see anything on the TV screen except for the bouncing logo, I cannot check settings, connections or anything else.  It is an express model 393ox, and was working fine until today.  The device does not respond to the remote and is flashing mostly red, mixed with some blue.

We would recommend trying to perform a factory reset on your device. For more information about how to perform a factory reset, visit our Support page here: How do I factory reset my Roku® streaming device?

When performing a factory reset, make sure to press and hold the Reset button down for 30 seconds regardless of what is happening on your screen.
