I can't link any devices to my Roku. The machine is dead. Does not respond. Can I exchange it?

I can't link any devices to my Roku. The machine is dead. Does not respond. Can I exchange it? I have tried everything and just can't get it to work. I am willing to give it a chance. Can someone please help me???

Thanks for the inquiry.

How old is your device? When did you purchase it and from whom?

What model device are you using and how are you powering the device? Is the device being powered through the TV USB port of is it being plugged into the wall? We would recommend making sure to power your device through the provided wall cable plug.
