How to add TV off shortcut-Roku Premiere?

Hi, we just installed a new Roku Premiere on our main TV. Unlike our old Roku 3, the premiere doesn't have a TV off shortcut. CEC is enabled on the TV. Is it possible to add the TV off shortcut to Roku Premiere?

I also have the same issue.  I was expecting my new Roku to have at least the same features as my 3 older ones.
