How do I get help for a missing part for Roku Express?
I was given a Roku Express as a gift. It is missing the cord that connects the Roku to the outlet for the wall. How do I get it? I've tried both calling Roku and looking on this site and all I get is your product is not eligible for support. An incomplete product and not able to use it at this point.
