How do I connect my Roku stick to my Oppo Blu-ray player? How does it work once I turn it on? How do I navigate between Roku channel and streaming services on the Oppo?

Typically, a Roku is plugged into an AVR or a TV. However, if you want to connect it to your OPPO, use the Input button on the OPPO remote.

Assuming it's a BDP-103, I found a manual for it here:
