Hotel help!

In a hotel, have the Roku express plugged into HDMI 1, found the source on the TV but getting message:

Mode not supported. Resolution not supported. Change the resolution of the external device. 

how do I do that if I’m not connected?! Help!

You can try changing the display type in the blind.  Using the Roku remote press Home a few times then Up, Right, Down 3 times, Right, Up, and OK.  If nothing happens then try the whole process again, but instead of pressing Up once before the OK try pressing Up twice then OK.  Keep trying a different number of Ups until you hopefully stumble upon a supported resolution.
