HDMI not visible

I am able to setup my roku expres  until i got to select the input and matching hdmi it is plugged in to. If my roku is plugged into HDMI 1 then i can only see/select HDMI 2 and vice versa, basically the HDMI it is plugged in to is not available. Why is this and how do I fix it?

Thanks for the post.

This may be related to a HDMI connection issue with either the cable, the cable connection, or the HDMI port itself.

If you plug the device into the other HDMI port (HDMI 2), are you able to see the device? If this is the case, this would point to a HDMI port issue.

Please keep us posted what you find out.
