Getting started

I get ti Let's get started > screen and I can't get into steps to get started. I put my remote close to streaming device, so it is not the distance. of the remote. the streaming device pulsates. Tried both HDMI connection and plugging the streaming device in. Any suggestions.

What's the model number (not name)?  It should be written on it somewhere.  Is it one that uses USB for power?  If so, are you using the supplied USB adapter?
