Existing Roku. Hooking up a new better TV

I just bought a new, better TV, and I just want to swap it out with an older TV.  I think I can just plug in my Roku HDMI and it should work as before, but I'm wondering about do I need to go to settings and change the 720p to the new 1080p?

Re: Existing Roku. Hooking up a new better TV

It should just be plug and play. If you forced the Roku to limit itself to 720p, then you may need to go into the settings and set it back to 1080p, or most commonly, Auto. If it's already Auto, then it should adjust itself, well --- automatically.
