The first screen is "Let's Get Started," where I select my language. The ROKU then finds and successfully connects to my home WiFi network. Then, it downloads some updates and reboots. Upon reboot, it returns to the "Let's Get Started" screen. It has done this cycle at least a dozen times. Pushing the reset button on the streaming stick doesn't fix the issue, and I can't navigate to any other screen with the remote. I own multiple ROKU devices, and this is the first one I've had a problem with. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Can you please provide more detailed information about the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using and how are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet?
