During set up keeps reverting to choose your network
Brand new roku express. Plugged in and connected correctly. Finds the wireless network which is working successfully with all other devices. Enter password, green ticks come up, starts set up and shows % of progress, bouncy Roku logo for a few seconds but then goes back to choose your network. Repeated several times and sane keeps happening. Cannot get past this stage. Have tried on 2 different tv’s. Help!!!!! Or it’s being returned! Thanks.
In addition to what @twiceover mentioned, we would also recommend trying to connect your device to an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you can update and setup your device. Then one the device has been setup, you can switch back to your home wireless network.
