Do I send Roku back to supplier?

The Roku goes through all the correct screens - Language; connects to Internet etc; download software update and reboots; then does not move to the screen providing a link number, just the bouncing logo.

Have also tried the router fix (turning off, then on); undertaken the factory reset procedure; and tried the Roku in every HDMI portal on the back of all the TVs in the house (specifically the one nearest to the router). None of the suggested fixes work.

We also do not have the ability to find an alternative Hotspot to see if that works, before connecting back to our WIFI.

Please let me know if this means we simply have to return the device. All very frustrating.
