I have entered the WiFi password and my Roku express has connected to the WiFi however the display settings page is not appearing during set up. It says it will update and then restart but when it restarts it just comes back on to the network settings page
If you can't make it through the initial setup, many people have connected their Roku to their phone's hotspot just to get past the initial update. That's about all I can think of other than maybe trying a different HDMI cable. It's something I wouldn't expect to help, but there was one report that claimed it did.
