upon opening my roku it has two HDMI but no USB power cable. Support is closed and I am unable to find an email or number to contact other than the one that says no live support available.

Most Roku streamers just use a standard USB micro cable that you can get locally a whole lot faster than trying to get anything from Roku.
There are some exceptions, though. What model Roku do you have?
