Device won’t activate

I purchased a Roku yesterday & tried setting it up but it’s not working. I did all the steps of activating it but it shuts off & when it comes back on it just gives me a new code to enter & wont let me do anything else

Thanks for the post.

Can you please provide more information regarding the issue you are experiencing?

When does the device shut off? Are you activating the device when the code shows up? Are you downloading an update? How are you powering the device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet?

With more information we will be able to assist you further.
