Danny, I found this post and my question is similar. We have the message No Signal - HDMI-1. We have tried: checking the devices and to see if the power is on have used the input button and even other HDMI - nothing works unplugged all electrical cords from outlets and reseated them 3 times each - didn't help unplugged cables to roku and tv - didn't help even checked if the electrical outlet is functioning - yes, the electrical outlet is functioning for other devices pressed the reset button on the roku- it does not light up
It appears we are in need of a new roku box and cords, This nonfunctioning box was purchased in Nov 2020. How can you help us?
If there is no light on your Roku device, it's possible that you most likely have defective device.

DannyR, You emailed/replied mentioning that I should private message you with my Roku account email. I'm not sure that I have a ROKU ACCOUNT email. I know I have entered my home email address, so I will try that.
If i need to set up a Roku account email, perhaps you can step me through the process.
In order to user a Roku device, you will need to have a registered Roku account. In addition, if you already have a Roku account, the credentials you are using to sign into the Roku Community should be the same.
