Roku Support:
I ordered a new Streaming Stick+, but the power cord was damaged upon arrival, with the male USB end broken off. The stick itself seems fine, I just need a new power cord, so didn't want to have to return the whole unit... but I can find no other automated option, and can't contact an actual human via phone or email to process the cord replacement due to coronavirus shutdown!
