Connecting

I have a roku ultra 2020 I’m trying to figure out how I can contact a different tv but would I need to buy another roku device or just the remote

Typically people just buy a Roku for each TV.  There are HDMI splitter/distribution systems but they sometimes cost more than a Roku.

Rokus?  You can compare models here.  I'm fine with the cheapest ones but some people want things on the higher models like 5GHz Wi-Fi, TV controls, etc.
