Connecting to internet during Set up

During setup while connecting  to my internet  the purple box pops up and has a green check by wireless connection and a green check by internet connection . And then it does nothing else it does not continue to set up.

Thanks for the note.

We would recommend trying to perform a factory reset on your Roku device and setting it back up again after rebooting both your wireless router.

I'd also recommend trying to connect your device to an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you can setup your device. Once the device is setup, then you switch back to your home wireless network.
