Cannot get past language screen

Setting up my Roku and can’t get past the language screen. My remote control has green blinking lights and I can’t use it. I have Roku installed on my iPhone but can’t connect this new device. Please help.

Try taking one battery out of the remote and disconnect the power from the Roku for a few seconds and plug it back in.  Once you see the startup animation reinsert the battery.  Let us know how it goes.
