Help getting started with Roku devices, including setup, connecting your device to your TV, linking a Roku device to your account at my.roku.com/link, adding channels, subscribing to services, and more.
So I'm setting up a tv for someone else, but when he tries to log in it says that this email and password don't match, so he reset his password and it still isn't working. He also tried to just make a new account under the same email and it just bounces back and forth between the age verification page and pin setup, I've looked everywhere for the same problem but no one else seems to have had this issue before. Any solutions?
Have you tried creating a Roku account under a different email address? If the user already has an existing Roku account under a given email address, they will not be able to create another Roku account with the same email.
