Can't re-link device

So I de-linked / de-activated roku premiere device on my account online in error.  Now when I turn the TV on, Roku is there but no channels or whatnot because it's not linked.   When I go onto my account online to "activate" a device, it's asking for the Link Code displayed on my TV.  But there is NO LINK CODE because it was already linked and I stupidly unlinked it on my account.   HOW DO I RE-LINK my tv to my account? 

Please help.  Thank you!

You have to factory reset the device.  When you link back to your account all of your channels, purchases, and subscriptions (paid through Roku) will return.

You have to factory reset the device.  When you link back to your account all of your channels, purchases, and subscriptions (paid through Roku) will return.
