Roku setup

I am having the same problem.  No keyboard will pop up.  I have hit the ok button, held the ok button, pressed all of the directional arrows for the last 15 minutes and nothing happens.  Do I just return this Roku device and try another method like Chromecast.  Very disappointing.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing so we can better assist you? What Roku model device are you using? Have you already tried replacing the batteries?
