Can’t get passed “channel no longer available”

Every time I reboot my Roku the Home Screen pops up for a split second then goes to “channel no longer available” and it gives me an option to hit “done” but it becomes unresponsive and I can still hear the audio clicks whenever I hit buttons or even try to power off. Someone please help, I can’t even reset my device due to it being unresponsive whenever the screen pops up !

That's very strange.  Try taking the batteries out of your remote and then unplug the power from the Roku and plug it back in while leaving the batteries out.
