Can't get code or input it

Started an account, was sent an activation email, I go to the account to the account and it says under link code: not teresa, sign out. roku won't give me code and I can't move pass this. I have an account why is it saying that I am not who I am. 3 tries so far and getting fed up

Are you sure it doesn't say, "Not teresa?", as in it's asking you to sign out if you're not teresa?

I have followed all the steps. Didn't send code 2 my gmail

I would advise you to reset the device. Here's a link how to do it:

If you are still unable receive a code after trying to perform a factory reset as suggested by @Poterico2, please send me a PM (private message) with your Roku account email address, and include the serial number/device ID on the Roku device along with a summary of the issue you are experiencing. I'll be able to assist you further from there.
