@ChrisDMo Thanks for the note here. If the issue you're encountering is occurring inside the Alexa app on your mobile device, you'll need to contact Amazon support for more help.
The only other recommendation I can make would be to try uninstalling the app, restarting your phone, then reinstalling it and try again. You might also try going through the process on a separate mobile device to see if this helps.
As a note: The Roku skill for Amazon Alexa is only currently available for US Roku accounts/devices. If you are trying to use this functionality with a Roku account/device based in a different region, that wouldn't be supported at this time.
