If you are still experiencing an issue with being unable to activate your Roku device due to the site being down, please send us a private message (PM) with the following information:
-Roku account email
-Roku device model
-serial number/device ID located on the device
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
Once we have this information we will be able to investigate the issue further.

I have the same issue. After 4 days I am ready to return it!!!!

It has not been resolved.... Still having the same issue on 3-23-2021.
I was having issues also. I right clicked the activation link and it went threw.
I'm still experiencing this problem, the TV sends an email to my account, I promptly open the email and click the link, I get the temporarily down for maintenance message.
